Yes, in most cases by singing a Lease Option Contract and paying an option fee you would have up to 3 years to buy the home at anytime and possible receive up to 100% of your rent going towards future purchase depending on the option fee amount paid and qualifications. Do you accept pets? Yes, in most cases with owners approval dogs and cats are allowed with a pet agreement and additional security deposit usually $300 plus $20.00 per pet added to the monthly rent. What type of tenant/buyer qualifies for these homes? Each property owner has different requirements regarding credit standing, down payment, and other factors. Most owners look closer at your rental/employment history and ability to make monthly payments and less on your actual credit score.
